According to its official website, the NCAA selected 613 host sites for 84 of the NCAA's 90 championships on Tuesday from more than 3,000 bid submissions. In 2017, the Final Four is in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Sprint Center will host the NCAA Division I men's basketball Midwest Regional in 2019, two years after holding the event for the first time last March, when OR beat Kansas to reach the Final Four.

Other championships awarded to St. Louis included the 2020 NCAA Division II Spring Festival, which includes men's golf, women's golf, men's tennis, women's tennis, softball and women's lacrosse; the 2020 Division III men's and women's tennis finals; the 2021 Division III women's volleyball tournament; 2022 Division II Wrestling and 2022 Division II women's lacrosse. "They are the professionals that make us all look good".

"I'm thrilled with what we've been awarded", said Kathy Nelson, Kansas City Sports Commission president.

The championships will take place November 17-18 in 2018 and November 23-24 in 2019. Both will be at PPG Paints Arena.

The meet will continue to fall on the same weekend as the Women's NCAA Division I meet, as it has in recent memory.

"The Home of Hockey within the United States, Manheim, Pa., continues to expand, attracting rich talent to the area for our premier events at the grade school level all the way to the worldwide stage", said Simon Hoskins, USA Field Hockey's Executive Director.

This is the fourth time Omaha has been selected as the volleyball championship site since 2006.

US Bank Stadium will become the largest venue to ever host NCAA wrestling when the event comes to Minnesota in 2020.

In 2021, we will host the men's Frozen Four at PPG Paints Area. Additionally, it will house men's basketball tournament games in 2018.

"I think maybe the biggest thing is the increased recognition by the NCAA and folks around the country that Pittsburgh is a hidden treasure", Coleman said.

Omaha will not get the men's ice hockey Frozen Four in this cycle of championships. I think everyone would much prefer to be in Fayetteville. This will be the third time in school history Minnesota hosts the men's gymnastics championship, the first since 2009.
